Where do you deliver?

We deliver around Carronshore, Falkirk and the surrounding area. Exact coverage is being confirmed — see our Delivery & Collection page.

How much is delivery?

Delivery charges and the free-delivery threshold are being confirmed. Click & Collect is always free.

Can I collect my order instead?

Yes. Choose Click & Collect at checkout and pick your shopping up from 2 Dock Street, Carronshore. We will tell you when it is ready.

Do you sell alcohol, tobacco and vapes online?

Yes, to customers aged 18 and over. We operate Challenge 25, so please have photo ID ready — our driver will ask for it if you look under 25. Without valid ID we cannot hand those items over.

What happens if something is out of stock?

We will substitute the closest equivalent, and you are only charged for what we send. You can opt out of substitutions with a note at checkout.

How do I pay?

You can pay securely online by card when you place your order. Your card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our website.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we have not started picking it yet, yes — ring the shop on 01324 881187 as soon as you can.

Something was missing or damaged

Call us on 01324 881187 or use our contact form within 24 hours and we will refund or replace it.

Do I need an account?

No, you can check out as a guest. An account just makes reordering quicker and lets you track your orders.
