Delivery
Order online and we will bring your shopping to your door. We deliver up to 20 miles around the shop on Dock Street, Carronshore.
Delivery hours
9am – 10pm
Seven days a week, including Sundays and bank holidays.
Order by 9:30pm and we will deliver the same day. Anything after that goes out the next morning from 9am.
Delivery charges
The charge depends on how far you are from the shop. Enter your postcode at checkout and the exact charge is worked out for you before you pay.

Free delivery on every order to FK2 and FK5 postcodes, whatever you spend.
If your postcode falls outside these areas we are not able to deliver to you. If you think you are within range, give us a ring on 01324 881187 and we will see what we can do.
Stock
Everything you can add to your basket is in the shop. Our stock is kept up to date, so what you order is what you get — we will not swap anything for something else without asking.
Age-restricted items
We operate Challenge 25. Alcohol, tobacco, vapes, and some medicines cannot be sold to anyone under 18, and our driver will ask for photographic ID if you look under 25. Acceptable ID is a passport, a UK photocard driving licence, or a PASS-approved card.
If nobody of legal age is available to receive the order, or ID cannot be produced, we will have to take those items back. The rest of your shopping will still be delivered.
