Click & Collect
Place your order online and collect it in store — there is no charge for collection. We will let you know as soon as your order is packed and ready.

Substitutions
If something is out of stock we will pick the closest match we can, and you will only ever be charged for what we actually send. If you would rather we did not substitute an item, leave us a note at checkout.
Age-restricted items
We operate Challenge 25. Alcohol, tobacco, vapes, and some medicines cannot be sold to anyone under 18, and our driver will ask for photographic ID if you look under 25. Acceptable ID is a passport, a UK photocard driving licence, or a PASS-approved card.
If nobody of legal age is available to receive the order, or ID cannot be produced, we will have to take those items back. The rest of your shopping will still be delivered.
